SHIPPING POLICY

Ready to ship units and lashes ships same day when order is placed before 4pm PT.

Bundles can take up to 10-15 business days for processing. After processing, orders ship next business day.

Business days are Monday-Friday. Holidays are not included.

All orders are shipped via USPS.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return/exchange the product within 14 days after you have received your order if:

The hair has not been worn, altered, damaged or removed from the original packaging.

The product has not been opened or used.​
Please note: If the product has been used or damaged, it will be sent back to the customer.

When placing an order, billing and shipping information must match. We do not ship to P.0. boxes.
Any issues with your order must be reported within 72 hours once delivery is received. Returns must be sent unworn, unaltered and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.
